The present study suggested memory-type ratio and product estimators for variance estimation in the presence of measurement errors. We applied the exponentially weighted moving averages statistic which simultaneously utilizes the current and prior information for better estimation in surveys based on the time-scale. The expressions of approximate mean square errors of memory-type estimators are derived using Taylor series up to first order.

Background: Contemporary literature raises serious questions about the inclusion of negatively worded items in the safety climate scale. Despite these reservations, limited efforts have been made to address this shortcoming.
Objective: The present study aims to adapt and empirically validate the ten-items group-level safety climate scale with the purpose of replacing negatively worded items with positively worded ones after a thorough validation process.

In this research paper, a novel process was developed for reactive printing of cotton fabric, with the objective of producing a high-quality printed fabric that is sustainable, eco-friendly, and low-cost which will ultimately reduce the impact of climate change. The study incorporated substituted tamarind polysaccharide (STP) obtained from agricultural waste, trichloro-ethanoic acid (TCEA), and polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) in the reactive printing paste. Tamarind starch was extracted from the seeds having 72 % yield, and substitution was performed to use it as a thickener in the printing paste.

Heavy metal contamination of water has become a global environmental burden, which has stirred up agitation worldwide. Fabrication of adsorbents utilizing either low cost, environment friendly materials or waste products can be helpful in remediating environmental pollution. The current study evolved around the synthesis of nanocomposites derived from such raw precursors like spent tea waste biochar, hydroxyapatite, and clays.

Originality/purpose: The current study aims to investigate the novel approach of utilizing work organization and job content (WOJC) as a higher-order construct that is one of the domains of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ), examining its relationship with sleeping troubles and somatic stress, while also exploring the moderating effect of leadership quality.
Sample/methods: Snowball sampling technique was used to collect the data in this study, with a population consisting of 360 workers employed in hazardous work environments at poultry feed mills. The structural equation modelling technique was applied to achieve the range of outcomes.

Background: Fear of losing psychological resources can lead to stress, impacting psychological health and behavioral outcomes like burnout, absenteeism, service sabotage, and turnover.
Objective: The study examined the impact of job stressors (time pressure, role ambiguity, role conflict) on employee well-being and turnover intentions. The study also investigated the mediating role of employee well-being between job stressors and turnover intention based on the conservation of resources (COR) theory.

Extensive fumigation of synthetic pesticides to control the mosquito vector during each post-monsoon season in Pakistan significantly enhanced the environmental contamination and extinction of beneficial insects from the urban ecosystems. In this context, the present study examined the larvicidal efficacy of green synthesized iron nanoparticles (IONPs), using an aqueous leaf extract of Grevillea robusta against the early 2nd and 4th instar larvae of Aedes aegypti and Anopheles stephensi in Pakistan. The prepared IONPs were characterized by UV-Vis spectrum, FTIR, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive diffraction.

Introduction: Past studies have neglected the role of resources that enhance motivation, such as health-specific leadership (H-SL) and social support colleagues (SSC), in dealing with the prerequisites of psychological health of workers, especially the duo of stress and burnout.
Objective: This empirical study aimed to identify the impact of psychosocial job demands (emotional demands) and psychosocial job resources (health-specific leadership and social support of colleagues) on the psychological health (stress, burnout) of 284 Malaysian industrial workers (who participated both times).
Methods: The Hierarchical regression analysis was employed to examine all study hypotheses and a time lagged study design was used with a lag of three months between T1 and T2 for data collection.

Heavy metals in the industrial wastewater are an area of great concern as act as source of bioaccumulation in edible plants and posing a major health risk to humans like cancers. This study was planned by exploiting the bio-film producing microbes that have the potential to remediate heavy metals by calcite mediated removal from industrial wastewater. Samples (n = 10) from a marble factory wastewater were collected.

It has intended to change the social and corporate landscape, which necessitates investigation regarding corporate green HRM practices and employee behaviors of the firms involved.
Objective: This study developed a theoretical framework and investigated the mediating impact of pro-environmental psychological climate (PEPC) between green human resource management (GHRM) and pro-environmental behavior (PEB) of the employees working under CPEC in Pakistan.

In this study, MoO nanostructures were prepared, doped with various concentrations of graphene oxide (2 and 4% GO) and a fixed amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) using the co-precipitation method. The motive of this study was to examine the catalytic and antimicrobial efficacy with evidential molecular docking analyses of GO/PVP-doped MoO. GO and PVP were utilized as doping agents to reduce the exciton recombination rate of MoO by providing more active sites that increase the antibacterial activity of MoO.

Current studies were performed to investigate the phytochemistry, synergistic antibacterial, antioxidant, and hemolytic activities of ethanolic and aqueous extracts of (EA and WA) and (EC and WC) leaves. Fourier transform infrared data verified the existence of alcoholic, carboxylic, aldehydic, phenyl, and bromo moieties in plant leaves. The ethanolic extracts (EA and EC) were significantly richer in phenolics and flavonoids as compared to the aqueous extracts (WA and WC).

Background: Personality assessment has its own bright and dark sides, especially in the military setting. It is at play since the emergence of clinical psychology and its application in the recruitment process during World War I and II. Change in personality assessment trends, the evolution of complex personality traits, and changing geopolitical settings across the world necessitate the development of cost-effective, time-efficient, and reliable assessment measures that overcome issues in current assessment measures and fulfil the needs of present timesOBJECTIVE:The objective of this paper is to explore the evolution of personality assessment measures and their uses in military settings along with the comparison of self-report and non-self-report measures.

Salinity has a significant impact on the water quality and crop yield. Physical desalination techniques were once thought to be expensive and time-consuming. Among biological techniques, halotolerant bacteria were thought to be the fastest and most effective way to reduce the salt content in brackish saltwater water.

Organic food has gained much importance due to consumers' rising environmental and health concerns. Purchase intention of organic food has been explored widely, but the repurchase intention of organic food has gained little attention among researchers. So, it has become important to explore repurchase intention among generation Z; a generation considered more educated and aware of rising environmental concerns.

Fusarium oxysporum is an entomopathogenic fungus, and it has anti-biological activity against arthropods. Ticks are blood sucking arthropods which are responsible for transmitting different diseases in humans and animals. The use of chemical insecticides against ticks is not eco-friendly option and results in the development of acaricide resistance.
