An 81-year-old man had undergone radical nephrectomy for a renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in October 1998. Twelve years postoperatively, he developed diplopia and photophobia. Orbital metastasis of RCC was suspected and sunitinib treatment was given for 16 months.

We describe a rare case of leiomyoma of the chest wall in a 55-year-old female. Computed tomography showed a well-circumscribed neoplasm with a diameter of 2 cm in the right chest wall. The tumor was excised with video-assisted thoracic surgery.
