is frequently isolated from damp building materials or improperly stored animal forage. Human and animal exposure to the secondary metabolites of this mold is linked to severe health effects. The mutually exclusive production of either satratoxins or atranones defines the chemotypes A and S.

Background And Objectives: Secondary CNS involvement in systemic B-cell lymphoma (SCNSL) is difficult to treat and displays dismal clinical outcomes. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells emerged as a powerful treatment for systemic lymphoma. We aimed to evaluate whether CAR T cells also represent a safe and effective therapy for SCNSL.

Objective: Home-based treatment of families with low socio-economic status and multiple psychosocial problems (multi-problem families, MPFs) is gaining importance in clinical social epidemiology and health services research. The sustainability of the treatment is of special importance in order to breach transgenerational effects.
Methods: We examined outcome, effect size, and clinical significance of home-based treatment for 84 multi-problem families in a naturalistic setting.

Background: Conduit dilatation above 110% and TPVI in conduits <16 mm is not recommended. However, if we want to reach normal values for RVOT diameters and diminish reintervention rates, pushing these boundaries is essential.
Methods: Analysis of subsequent patients who underwent TPVI with Edwards Sapien valves in conduits ≤16 mm between 2010 and 2020.

: After encouraging results with the Edwards Sapien and XT valves, this study aimed to review procedural data and early outcomes for the Sapien 3 valves for transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR). : We performed a multicenter, retrospective analysis of cases who underwent a Sapien 3 TPVR between 2015 and 2017 in 7 centers in Germany with a follow-up of up to 2 years. : 56 patients could be enrolled (weight 58,5 ± 25,0 kg; 53% Tetralogy of Fallot, 45% native RVOT).

Introduction: This multicenter study aims to analyze outcome as well as early versus late patterns of recurrence following pulmonary stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for patients with oligometastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Materials And Methods: This analysis included 301 patients with oligometastatic NSCLC treated with SBRT for 336 lung metastases. Although treatment of the primary tumor consisted of surgical resection, radiochemotherapy, and/or systemic therapy, pulmonary oligometastases were treated with SBRT.

Background: Percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation (PPVI) numbers are rising but are still minor compared to surgery due to several contraindications. We sought to analyze the impact of PPVI compared to standard surgery in an unselected cohort with dysfunctional right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT). Reasons for PPVI failure and possible contraindications were explored.

Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) is essential for B cell differentiation and proliferation, but also platelets express Btk. Patients with X-linked agammaglobulinemia due to hereditary Btk deficiency do not show bleeding, but a mild bleeding tendency is observed in high dose therapy of B-cell malignancies with ibrutinib and novel second-generation irreversible Btk inhibitors (acalabrutinib and ONO/GS-4059). This review discusses recent studies that may explain this apparent paradox and gives mechanistic insights that suggest a unique potential of low dose irreversible Btk inhibitors as atherothrombosis-focused antiplatelet drugs.

Background: Stenting of the patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) has been accepted as alternative option to surgical shunting to enable additional pulmonary blood flow or for palliation of patients with a truly duct-dependent pulmonary circulation. The procedure can be challenging given the variable and often tortuous anatomy of the PDA and various technical approaches are reported.
Objective: To report an alternative technique to treat tortuous ducts with microcatheter assistance and by transfemoral approach.

Ibrutinib and acalabrutinib are approved for B cell malignancies and novel Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) inhibitors undergo clinical testing also in B cell-driven autoimmune disorders. Btk in platelets mediates platelet activation via glycoprotein (GP) VI, which is crucial for atherosclerotic plaque-induced platelet thrombus formation. This can be selectively inhibited by Btk inhibitors.

Objective: This single center study compared the risk of bacterial endocarditis (BE) after surgical and percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation.
Methods: Between Jan 1st 2010 and Dec 31st 2015 all patients who received a biological pulmonary valve (surgical/interventional) were identified. The clinical follow-up was analyzed with regard to BE applying the modified Duke criteria and echocardiographic findings.
The shrubby milkwort ( L.) is widely distributed in the Alps, but occurs also in the lower mountain ranges of Central Europe such as the Franconian Jura or the Bohemian uplands. Populations in these regions may either originate from glacial survival or from postglacial recolonization.
