Evaluating the efficacy and safety of perianal injection of liposomal ropivacaine HR18034 for postoperative analgesia following hemorrhoidectomy: A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled phase II clinical trial.

Study Objective: HR18034, composed of the ropivacaine encapsulated in multi-lamellar, concentric circular structure liposomes as the major component and a small amount of free ropivacaine, has performed well in animal experiments and phase I clinical trials. This trial was to investigate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetic profile and the minimum effective dose of HR18034 for postoperative analgesia after hemorrhoidectomy compared with ropivacaine.

Design: A multicenter, randomized, double-blind trial.

Application of magnetic resonance neuroimaging in determining the relationship between tumors and peripheral nerves.

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is commonly used to analyze the relationship between tumors and nerves before surgery. However, the application value of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), and post-processing techniques needs further elucidation.

Purpose: To assess the value of DTI, DWI, and various post-processing techniques in determining the relationship between tumors and nerves.

Evaluation of a multicomponent intervention to shorten thrombolytic door-to-needle time in stroke patients in China (MISSION): A cluster-randomized controlled trial.

Background: Rapid intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is crucial for improving outcomes. However, few randomized trials of interventions aimed at reducing in-hospital delay have been carried out in China. We aimed to evaluate the effect of a multicomponent intervention on thrombolytic door-to-needle time (DNT) of AIS patients via video teleconference based on the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) method.

Effects of ginsenosides on memory impairment in propofol-anesthetized rats.

To investigate the effects of ginsenosides on the memory impairment in Sprague-Dawley rats (SD rats) after anesthesia through the administration of propofol SPF, SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group (Group I), propofol-treated group (Group II), low dose of ginsenosides-treated group (Group III) and high dose of ginsenosides-treated group (Group IV). These rats were subjected to fear memory test in shuttle box, Y-maze test and Morris water maze test. Immediately after the test, the expression levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) were further detected by ELISA method.

[Application of posterior arch of the atlasrch resection for high-level cervical dumbbell schwannoma surgery].

Objective: To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of hemi-resection of posterior arch of atlas in the upper cervical spinal dumbbell-shaped schwannomas.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 13 patients with high level cervical dumbbell schwannomas from January 2005 to December 2018, including 10 males and 3 females, aged 19 to 67 years old. The occipital foramen to the C were 4 cases and 9 cases of C.
