The objective of this study was to evaluate whether supplementation with probiotics over a 2-week period stabilizes the gut microbiota in dogs following prolonged cefovecin treatment. A significant number of clinical veterinarians prescribe oral probiotics to dogs in conjunction with systemic antibiotics with the intention of protecting against gut dysbiosis. The effects of antibiotics and probiotics in dogs have not been extensively studied, however, and the optimal treatment for gut dysbiosis remains uncertain.

The Genetic Counseling Outcome Scale (GCOS-24) was developed to measure patient-reported outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of genetic counseling and testing services. In the current study, the Korean version of GCOS (K-GCOS) was developed to reflect the sociocultural characteristics of Korea, and its clinical applicability was assessed. Overall, 231 Koreans, including patients with genetic diseases and their family members, participated and completed the K-GCOS, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (MHLC) scale, and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS).

Objective: The aim of this investigation was to examine the impact of (known as dandelion) (TC) and TC mixtures with milk thistle (MT) or (AO) as feed additives on the immune response, milk quality, and milk production in Holstein cows over 6 weeks of administration.

The increasing prevalence of machine learning (ML) and automated machine learning (AutoML) applications across diverse industries necessitates rigorous comparative evaluations of their predictive accuracies under various computational environments. The purpose of this research was to compare and analyze the predictive accuracy of several machine learning algorithms, including RNNs, LSTMs, GRUs, XGBoost, and LightGBM, when implemented on different platforms such as Google Colab Pro, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and MS Azure. Background: Due to a lack of prior training on emerging respiratory infectious diseases (ERIDs), systematic nursing guidelines, supplies, and manpower, nurses experienced extreme physical and psychological stress while providing care to patients with infectious diseases during the pandemic.
