Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich (HWW) syndrome is a rare and complex congenital anomaly of the genitourinary system characterized by uterus didelphys, an obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis. It is the result of the maldevelopment of both the Mullerian and Wolffian ducts.
