It is cited results of investigation of amino acid composition of blood serum of harp seal pups in the first days after catch adaptation in conditions of oceanarium. It is shown that changes of amino acid composition are most expressed in the first ten-day period of observation and manifest itself by increase of free amino acid concentration at the expense of their endogenous entrance in blood. At the same time it was detected amino acid imbalance which is conditioned by stress of animals.
