Purpose: The aims of our study were to determine the changes in the pharyngeal airway after treating patients with Class III malocclusion who received double jaw surgery, to determine the hard tissue and soft tissue parameters and the hyoid bone and tongue positions after surgery, to determine the changes to compare the pretreatment and post-treatment measurements of the patients in the double jaw group with the measurements of the control group patients, and to evaluate postoperative patient satisfaction.
Materials And Methods: The study included thirty-two Class III adult patients that received double jaw surgery and twenty-five Class I patients. Cephalometric records were taken before treatment (T1) and after treatment (T2).

Since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in December 2019, many studies have been carried out on artificial intelligence for the rapid diagnosis of the disease to support health services. Therefore, in this study, we present a powerful approach to detect COVID-19 and COVID-19 findings from computed tomography images using pre-trained models using two different datasets. COVID-19, influenza A (H1N1) pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia and healthy lung image classes were used in the first dataset.

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the prognostic value of β-catenin and LEF-1 expression in patients with operable gastric cancer that receive adjuvant treatment and the relationship between demographic and histopathological variables.
Material And Method: In this study, 82 gastric cancer patients treated with adjuvant treatment after surgery and followed in the Medical Oncology Department of Kocaeli University were included. β-catenin and LEF-1 expression were examined by immunuhistochemical analysis in paraffin embedded tumor tissues of the patients.
