Computed tomography scan findings are described in cerebral arterial gas embolism in two patients with right to left intracardiac shunts by accidental injection of air during intravenous therapy. Although imaging may not be necessary to diagnose the condition, the patient may be referred to CT scan as a case of stroke. Cerebral arterial gas embolism should be considered in the differential diagnosis of stroke, particularly in case of right-to-left shunts.

Background: The present study was conducted with an objective to assess, quantify and describe a reference value (percentile) of coronary calcium score for the asymptomatic adult Indian population and its correlation with gender, age and risk factors and to review the same with the available literature.
Methods And Results: Five hundred asymptomatic subjects/volunteers were taken from the general population for this study. Calcium scoring was done based on modified Agatston scoring on a four-row multidetector CT scanner with ECG gating.

Trevor's disease, also known as dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica, is an uncommon skeletal developmental disorder representing an osteochondroma occurring in one or more epiphyses. We present 2 cases of dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica in an 8-year-old female and a 12-year-old male who suffered from a hard swelling of the ankle joint. The female patient was treated by surgical excision and the male patient conservatively.

An unusual complication following a craniotomy is reported. The free bone flap migrated over the adjacent bone four weeks following surgery and needed operative readjustment. The probable causes for such a complication are analysed and discussed.
