Methods And Results: We retrospectively investigated HAdV-DNA in 153 HSCT recipients (≤18 years) by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RealStar; Altona Diagnostics).

Method: Schizophrenia patients who received routine case management and occupational therapy in CMHC (n=22), patients receiving PSST in addition to CMHC service (n=21) and patients who were followed up in the Psychotic Disorders Outpatient Clinic as control group (n=21), three groups were formed.

Purpose: Elastography was primarily used as an adjunctive method along with ultrasonography in differentiation between benign from malignant lesions. Occasionally, overlaps can occur which are caused by some rare invasive breast cancers. In this study, it was aimed to compare the results of the two commercial World Health Organization (WHO) International CMV standard calibrated polymerase chain reaction tests, CMV Cobas Ampliprep/Cobas Taqman (CMV-CAP/CTM) (Roche, Germany) and Artus CMV QIASymphony-Rotorgene (CMV-QS-RGQ) (Qiagen, Germany). Both tests were performed simultaneously on 244 plasma samples.
