Experimental data on the interaction of MTCH2 with viral proteins in virus-infected cells are very limited. Here, the interaction of MTCH2 with PA subunit of influenza A virus RdRp and its effects on viral replication was investigated.

Background: Myocardial work (MW) is a novel echocardiographic modality, which has been shown to have diagnostic and prognostic values in patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients with obstructive coronary artery disease, in particular. However, only a handful of studies have examined the MW analysis in ischemia with nonobstructive coronary artery (INOCA) disease. Heart-lung harvesting requires a careful procedure to protect an adequate donor left atrial cuff around the junction of the superior and inferior pulmonary veins. This study aims to describe inadequate left atrial cuff during harvest and techniques of reconstruction at the threshold of literature.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a profoundly destructive condition marked by the gradual narrowing and restructuring of small pulmonary arteries, leading to a rise in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), causing right-sided heart failure and, ultimately, mortality. The purpose of the study is to explore the use of Calgary scoring (CS) and Modified Calgary scoring (MCS) in the differentiation of genetic generalized epilepsy and syncope in children. The study involved 117 patients aged < 18 years who presented to our hospital's pediatric neurology outpatient clinic with TLOC between June 2020 and June 2022.
