Observational study of immunosuppressive treatment patterns and outcomes in primary membranous nephropathy: a multicenter retrospective analysis.

Background: We evaluated the efficacy of different immunosuppressive regimens in patients with primary membranous nephropathy in a large national cohort.

Methods: In this registry study, 558 patients from 47 centers who were treated with at least one immunosuppressive agent and had adequate follow-up data were included. Primary outcome was defined as complete (CR) or partial remission (PR).

Should CT be used for the diagnosis of RT-PCR-negative suspected COVID-19 patients?

Introduction: The diagnosis of patients with Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) suspicion but negative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test is challenging.

Objective: We aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of chest computed tomography (CT) in RT-PCR-negative patients with suspected COVID-19.

Materials And Methods: The study included patients who were admitted to our hospital with the suspicion of COVID-19 between 1 April 2020 and 30 April 2020 and tested negative after RT-PCR test, and underwent CT for further diagnosis.

Background: The largest data on the epidemiology of primary glomerular diseases (PGDs) are obtained from the databases of countries or centers. Here, we present the extended results of the Primary Glomerular Diseases Study of the Turkish Society of Nephrology Glomerular Diseases (TSN-GOLD) Working Group.

Methods: Data of patients who underwent renal biopsy and received the diagnosis of PGD were recorded in the database prepared for the study.

The Efficacy of Chest Computed Tomography in Pediatric Patients With Suspected COVID-19.

Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate chest computed tomography (CT) findings and the value of CT in the diagnosis in children with suspected coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Materials And Methods: Chest CT images of pediatric patients with suspected COVID-19 were retrospectively evaluated. Computed tomography findings were divided into 3 groups: normal, consistent, and inconsistent with COVID-19.

Intraocular pressure in infants and its association with hormonal changes with vaginal birth versus cesarean section.

To investigate cord arterial blood sample and the relationship between birth stress and intraocular pressure in infants at 5 min after delivery. Materials And Methods: We included 48 Sprague-Dawley rats in the study, which were divided into six groups, each with eight rats. The rats in group 1 were sacrificed immediately, in order to determine normal reference values for biochemical and histopathological data.
