Exosomes are cell-derived, membrane-surrounded particles that deliver bioactive molecules to various cells. Due to their small size, low immunogenicity, extended blood circulation, and involvement in cellular communication, they hold potential as effective drug carriers. Exosomes are present in various biological fluids, including mare's milk, a traditional drink in Central Asia.

Enhancing nursing documentation in Kazakhstan: assessing utilization and standardization for improving patient care.

Background And Aim: This article stresses the importance of comprehensive nursing documentation in scientific medicine and discusses the adoption of standardized terminologies in Europe. The study also presents findings from a cross-sectional study conducted in Kazakhstan, assessing the utilization of standard operating procedures and nursing documentation in various clinical scenarios. The aim was evaluate the level of use of the form of nursing documentation and Standard Operating Procedure within the framework of reforming the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Background: The role of adiponectin (ADIPOQ) in Alzheimer's disease (AD) has been documented, however, demonstrating controversial results. In this study, we investigated blood serum ADIPOQ levels, methylation of the adiponectin gene promoter, and adiponectin receptors (AdipoR1 and AdipoR2) expression in blood samples isolated from AD patients and healthy controls.

Methods: We performed a case-control study including 248 subjects (98 AD patients and 150 healthy controls); ADIPOQ serum levels, AdipoR1, and AdipoR2 levels in PBMC were measured by ELISA Kits, and ADIPOQ gene methylation was analyzed using methyl-specific PCR.

The aim of the study was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in dentistry by analyzing OSCE materials for dentistry students of 4th and 6th years, OSCE results for three academic years, students and examiners questionnaire results. Data were evaluated using methods of the classical test theory (α Cronbach, discrimination index and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the OSCE-4 and OSCE-6 showed the reliability, validity and effectiveness of the exam format.

The Levels of Hepcidin and Erythropoietin in Pregnant Women with Anemia of Various Geneses.

This study is aimed at studying the morbidity with temporary disability (MTD) of employee working in ore beneficiation at chrysotile production of JSC "Kostanay Minerals" . It was found that the incidence of MTD is higher among male male workers than in men in the control group, and the incidence of MTD in the compared professional groups decreases with an increase in work experience. This is possibly due to the fact that the organism of the trained workers is more stable due to the formation of protective adaptive mechanisms to the current production hazards.
