Introduction: To explore the possibility of treatment with VNOTES sentinel lymph node dissection concept in patients with endometrial cancer.

Methods: Patients who underwent VNOTES sentinel lymph node biopsy with the Comba modification were compared to patients who underwent conventional laparoscopic sentinel lymph node biopsy performed by the same surgical team. A total of 38 patients who underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy + total laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (BSO) were compared with 19 patients who underwent VNOTES retroperitoneal sentinel lymph node biopsy + hysterectomy and BSO.

The purpose of this study was to compare HMGB-1, TLR4, IL-1β, IL-1R1, and TNF-α levels in patients with mild and severe epilepsy with those in a healthy control group. Children aged 4-17 years, diagnosed with epilepsy for at least three years and with no progressive neurological disease, metabolic disease or infection, were selected for the study. The severe epilepsy group consisted of 28 children with at least one episode a week despite receiving three or more antiepileptic drugs.

We present a successful total resection of metacarpal bone and nonvascularized joint transfer in a giant cell tumor of the fourth metacarpal bone in a 13-year-old girl. At the 6-year follow-up, a good functional outcome was achieved, with 85° range of motion of the metacarpophalangeal joint and no clinical or radiographic evidence of tumor recurrence and no signs of degeneration of the joint.
