Melanoma is a relatively rare tumour with tendency to metastasize to the gastrointestinal tract. Metastasis to the intestine constitutes a majority of the gastrointestinal tract melanoma metastases and confers a poor prognosis. While post-mortem studies detect that more than half of the melanoma patients have gastrointestinal tract metastasis, only minority are diagnosed, and even rarer present with intussusception.

Stewart Treves Syndrome is an angiosarcoma generally seen long time after radical mastectomy in breast carcinoma patients in chronic lymphoedema area. It's an angiosarcoma developed on a long standing lymphoedema, following a radical mastectomy. An 86-year-old woman was referred to our Dermatology outpatient clinic which developed a giant erythematous, oedematous, purplish lobulated plaque on her right forearm anteromedially with a few satellite erythematous papulonodules on her arm.

Methods: Pregnant women who gave birth in Vakif Gureba Training and Research Hospital, Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006 were retrospectively screened. Pregnant women aged 35 years and over were included in this study and the pregnant women between age range of 30 - 34 years were included in the control group.
