This paper proposes a novel approach, BTC-SAGAN-CHA-MRI, for the classification of brain tumors using a SAGAN optimized with a Color Harmony Algorithm. Brain cancer, with its high fatality rate worldwide, especially in the case of brain tumors, necessitates more accurate and efficient classification methods. While existing deep learning approaches for brain tumor classification have been suggested, they often lack precision and require substantial computational time.

In the current research work "4-{[1-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)ethylidene]amino}-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one" chemosensor (C1) synthesized by condensation reaction using "4-amino-1,2-dihydro-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenylpyrazol-3-one" and "2,5-dihydroxy actophenone" was used as the effective sensor of metal ion. The C1 shows absorption peak at 326 nm due to the C = C bond (π-π* transition), while the absorption peak at 364 nm is caused by the C = O bond (n-π* transition). In the presence of copper, C1 only demonstrated a redshift in absorption peak from 364 to 425 nm.

Density functional calculations are performed to study the molecular structure, interactions, and antimicrobial activity of curcumin-poly lacto glycolic acid (Cur-PLGA) complexes. The calculations are performed on curcumin (Cur), glycolic acid (SSC and AAT conformers), lactic acid (LA), Cur-SSC, Cur-AAT, Cur-LA, and Cur-PLGA complexes using dispersion corrected M06-2X functional with 6-31 + G* basis set. The condensed Fukui functions of Cur are calculated to identify the favorable reactive sites.

A Schiff-base 2-((E)-(3-(prop-1-en-2-yl)phenylimino)methyl)-4-nitrophenol (Receptor 1) colorimetric probe was synthesized and its UV-visible and fluorescence spectral properties for the sensing of Cu ions in CHOH/HO (60:40,v/v) solvent system was explored. The Receptor 1 showed the discriminating spectral behavior with the addition of Cu ions solution. The other metal ions showed no significant effect towards Receptor 1.

Synthesis of a series of benzimidazole-ornamented pyrazoles, has been obtained from arylhydrazine and aralkyl ketones via a multistep synthetic strategy. Among them, a hybrid-possessing -nitrophenyl moiety connected to a pyrazole scaffold () exerted the highest anti-inflammatory activity, which is superior to the standard, diclofenac sodium. While executing the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical-scavenging activity, a hybrid-possessing -bromophenyl unit integrated at the pyrazole structural motif () exhibited the highest activity among the hybrids examined.

The ternary type semiconductor material, reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-SmMoO-TiO, has been investigated as a photocatalyst for the reduction of soluble chromium(VI) into (III) for the first time. Geometry parameters, total energy of the system in different spin states, harmonic vibrational frequencies, and absorption spectra were computed for a range of mononuclear quaterpyridine Ru(II), Fe(III/II), and Co(III/II) complexes with two axial ambidentate CNS ligands by using density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculations. Both structural and electronic properties were found to be correlating with the type of the binding atom in the CNS ligand (isomerization differs by 4-13 kcal·mol). The N-bonding of CNS ligands is energetically favored.
