Introduction: In order to optimize rehabilitation measures for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) it is advisable to use natural therapeutic factors in the medical rehabilitation programmes of this category of patients, which is due to the pronounced psycho-corrective effects of climatic landscape therapy and nitrogen-thermal waters.
Aim: To study psycho-corrective effects of a new rehabilitation technique for the patients suffering from PTSD using natural therapeutic factors of Nalchik resort.
Material And Methods: Thera has been carried out a randomized controlled trial that included 74 patients with PTSD.

Aim: To study the effectiveness of complex restorative treatment of patients with chronic salpingoophoritis with the consistent use of therapeutic physical factors.
Material And Methods: The study included 96 patients with chronic salpingoophoritis at the age of 18 to 49 years.

Congenital clefts of the maxillofacial area still remain of current interest in reconstructive facial surgery. While their frequency grows up, the issues of effective surgical primary and secondary interventions are not completely solved yet. The article presents the main problems associated with the elimination of the deformations and our modifications of methods for their correction.
