Methods: This was an observer-blind, randomised, phase 2/3 study in 1600 adults.

Fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes has distinctive features like younger age at onset, presence of large intraductal calculi, aggressive course of the disease, and proneness for pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic calculi are the hallmark for the diagnosis. We report a 32-year-old male patient, a known case of diabetes since 2 years, presented with recurrent pain abdomen, malabsorption, and neuropathic symptoms.

Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is a multisystem vasculitic disorder which can commonly afflict various components of the eye. Here we describe some unusual ocular manifestations of the disease in one patient. A young male with history of upper respiratory tract symptoms including epistaxis, nasal stuffiness and maxillary sinus pain presented with bilateral lacrimal gland abscess and ptosis.
