Scrotal epidermoid cysts are rare. Intratesticular epidermoid cysts are more common than extra scrotal cysts and are the most commonest benign tumors of the testicles. Midline scrotal raphe cysts are reported, but only a few have intrapelvic extensions deep into the pelvis.
