However, their impact on health outcomes is now better appreciated and gaining broader attention. Despite the rarity of primary endocrine cancers of the adrenal, adrenal masses are one of the most prevalent of all human tumors.

Purpose: To describe the technique of total laparoscopic ureterocystoplasty.
Materials And Methods: Laparoscopic ureterocystoplasty was performed to optimize the bladder function before kidney transplantation in a 23-year-old man. This patient had undergone bilateral cutaneous ureterostomy with fulguration of a posterior urethral valve at the age of 11 months.

Vestiges of the Mullerian duct systems are found in the male and these may occasionally give rise to symptoms. We report a case of acute urinary retention in a male child secondary to a Mullerian duct remnant. Subsequent MRI was done to reach the final diagnosis.

Aneurysm of the vein of Galen in the fetus is a rare malformation that has been described in a small number of case reports. Thrombosis of aneurysm of the vein of Galen is a rare occurrence reported in postnatal cases. We report a case of thrombosis of vein of Galen aneurysm occurring in a fetus of 21 weeks' gestation.

We describe a mentally retarded patient with developmental delay, abnormal head and eye movements with suspected blindness and episodes of abnormal breathing. Subsequent CT and MRI were performed to reach to the final diagnosis. The clinical history and the imaging findings were classical for Joubert syndrome.

Simultaneous occurrence of cardiac and central nervous system tumors have been rarely reported. A 23 years male presented to us with right cerebello-pontine (CP) angle symptoms and signs. Cranial imaging showed a mass lesion in the right pons infiltrating into the right and middle cerebellar peduncles.

Background: Large space-occupying middle cerebral artery infarction accounts for 10-15% of all supratentorial infarctions and carries a mortality of 50% to 80%. Hemicraniectomy may be useful when optimal medical management has failed.
Methods: Between June 1997 and June 2000, 19 patients who fulfilled the clinical and imaging criteria for large middle cerebral artery infarction underwent hemicraniectomy because of impending herniation despite best medical therapy.
