Methods: (1) Biological information analysis: peripheral blood microarray data sets related to acute pancreatitis (GSE194331) were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), including data from 32 healthy adults, 52 patients with mild acute pancreatitis, 20 patients with moderate-to-severe acute pancreatitis, and 10 patients with SAP. The original data of GSE194331 dataset were downloaded for quality control, pruning, quantification, annotation and difference analysis, and the different genes were obtained.

Advanced liver cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the elderly, but it also occurs in young people in areas where hepatitis B virus is prevalent. A novel H-shaped miniplate (HSM) was specifically designed for restorative laminoplasties to restore patients' posterior elements after laminectomies. A validated finite element (FE) model of L2/4 was utilized to create a laminectomy model, as well as three restorative laminoplasty models based on the fixation of different miniplates after a laminectomy (the RL-HSM model, the RL-LSM model, and the RL-THM model). The biomechanical effects of motion and displacement on a laminectomy and restorative laminoplasty with three different shapes for the fixation of miniplates were compared under the same mechanical conditions.
