Aim: To explore the value of B-flow (B-mode blood flow) imaging and its enhanced mode in perforator mapping.
Materials And Methods: Before surgery, B-flow imaging, enhanced B-flow imaging, colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI), and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) were used to detect the skin-perforating vessels and small vessels in the fat layer of the donor site. Taking the intra-operative results as the reference standard, the diagnostic consistency and efficiency of the four modes were compared.

The present study reports a patient case with a 17α-hydroxylase deficiency accompanied by triple X syndrome. A 17α-hydroxylase deficiency leads to a very low 17α-hydroxylated steroid synthesis as well as a non-feedback increase in the adrenocorticotropic hormone level. Meanwhile, the progesterone level increases the 17α-hydroxyprogesterone level and decreases the dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate level.

Objective: To determine whether the two lower extremities are of equal length after hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures, we developed a novel method of manual positioning based on anatomical mark (shoulder-to-shoulder) in hip arthroplasty.
Methods: Patients with femoral neck fractures requiring hip arthroplasty from July 2020 to March 2022 in the orthopedic department of Jinjiang Municipal Hospital, Fujian Province, China were recruited. Hip arthroplasty was performed using the proposed "shoulder-to-shoulder" method of manual positioning based on anatomical mark in 52 patients with femoral neck fractures who met the inclusion criteria.

Purpose: This paper proposes a CT images and MRI segmentation technology of cardiac aorta based on XR-MSF-U-Net model. The purpose of this method is to better analyze the patient's condition, reduce the misdiagnosis and mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in inhabitants, and effectively avoid the subjectivity and unrepeatability of manual segmentation of heart aorta, and reduce the workload of doctors.
Method: We implement the X ResNet (XR) convolution module to replace the different convolution kernels of each branch of two-layer convolution XR of common model U-Net, which can make the model extract more useful features more efficiently.

Methods: Patients who were admitted to our hospital for joint pain and dysfunction after total joint arthroplasty between 2014 and 2020 were retrospectively included. Triple-phase bone scanning was performed, and the blood pool images were evaluated to obtain the semi-quantitative criteria.
