Background: Psychological distress of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer is significant and has a serious impact on their quality of survival. Risk prediction models can efficiently assess patients' psychological distress and risk factors.
Objectives: To investigate the factors influencing psychological distress in postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer and construct a nomogram model to predict the occurrence of psychological distress in patients.

The cell-free supernatant of (LCFS) is considered a potential natural antimicrobial agent due to its outstanding antimicrobial activity. This study demonstrated that the cell-free supernatant of SHY96 (LCFS96) effectively inhibits the growth and biofilm formation of CMCC(B)54002 (_02) by reducing cell metabolic activity and damaging cell structure. Metabolomic analysis revealed that LCFS96 significantly altered 450 intracellular metabolites, affecting key metabolic pathways including linoleic acid metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism, purine metabolism, pantothenic acid and CoA biosynthesis, and the TCA cycle.

Purpose: To identify the relationship between academic procrastination, performance, self-efficacy, and satisfaction, we investigate the mediational role of academic self-efficacy between academic procrastination and satisfaction, and between academic performance and satisfaction, respectively, among undergraduate students of local technology universities in China.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 388 undergraduate students from 22 local technology universities in Hubei, China. Data was collected through an online questionnaire measuring academic procrastination, performance, self-efficacy, and satisfaction.

Dysregulation of H3K27ac level has been linked to muscle-related diseases such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy, yet the mechanisms through which H3K27ac influences myogenic differentiation are not fully understood. Here, we utilized the SGC-CBP30 drug, a CBP/p300 bromodomain inhibitor, to reduce H3K27ac level and investigated its effect on myogenic differentiation of porcine skeletal muscle satellite cells.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the safety and efficacy of drug-eluting bead (DEB) transarterial chemoembolization combined with lenvatinib and camrelizumab (DEB-TACE-Len-C) and DEB-TACE-Len for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC).
Methods: This retrospective study consecutively included uHCC patients who underwent DEB-TACE-Len-C or DEB-TACE-Len treatment at our hospital and Qujing Second People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022. In total, 85 patients were enrolled.

A triflate salt-catalyzed nonhydrolytic method for the deacylation of -acylsulfonamides and subsequent one-pot condensation of the newly formed sulfonamides with ,-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal to provide -sulfonylamidines is presented. A range of aliphatic and aromatic -acylsulfonamides bearing various -acyl groups such as acetyl, propionyl, butyrl, isobutyryl, octanoyl, benzoyl, 2-phenylacetyl, and sterically hindered pivaloyl are readily transformed into the corresponding -sulfonylamidines in good to excellent yields. A variety of functional groups including halogeno, keto, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, ether, and carboxylic ester are tolerated intact.

Context: The decomposition process of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyrazine-1-oxide (LLM-105) crystal at high temperatures (2500 and 3390 K) and detonation pressure of 33.4 GPa coupled with temperatures were studied by ab initio molecular dynamics simulations. The results show that the initial decomposition mechanism of LLM-105 is the same under different conditions.

The occurrence and progression of skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is strongly associated with immune cells infiltrating the tumor microenvironment (TME). This study examined the expression, prognosis, and immune relevance of SIGLEC9 in SKCM using multiple online databases. Analysis of the GEPIA2 and Ualcan databases revealed that SIGLEC9 is highly expressed in SKCM, and patients with high SIGLEC9 expression had improved overall survival (OS).

Linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) is one of the most widely used anionic surfactants and a common toxic pollutant in wastewater. This study employed high throughput sequencing to explore the microbial community structure within activated sludge exposed to a high concentration of LAS. Genera such as Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, Thauera and Klebsiella exhibited a significant positive correlation with LAS concentrations.
