Objectives: This research aimed to unveil the value of human epididymal protein 4 (HE4), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.

Design: This was a clinical study.

Participants: Sixty patients with cervical cancer stage IA-IIA (early stage cervical cancer group), 60 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) (disease control group), and 60 healthy women who had passed the physical examination (healthy control group) were selected.

Quantitative cardiac MRI parameters for assessment of myocarditis in children and adolescents: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Objective: To investigate the dietary nutrient patterns in preschool children aged 3-6 years old, and analyze the relationship between the dietary nutrients and being overweight or obese.

Methods: A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 19,529 preschool children aged 3-6 from 62 kindergartens in Jiashan County of Zhejiang Province. To evaluate the overweight and obesity rates in the included children, body mass index (BMI) of all the children were analyzed using the BMI-for-age method and the weight-for-height method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Methods: Medical records of 97 patients with intra-and extrahepatic bile duct stones treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis. Of them, forty-three patients received pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combined with PTCSL (Group-I), and 54 patients received U100 laser lithotripsy combined with PTCSL (Group-II).

Background: The new Chinese fertility policy has recently received widespread public attention. However, there are few studies available on the comprehensive epidemiology of maternal and infant health with respect to the characteristic changes of childbearing women. In the study, we compared the maternal characteristics and pregnancy outcomes at different time points according to policy adjustments, accessed the possible relationship among these factors, and evaluated the impacts of these policies for medical and policy assistance.

[Noninvasive prenatal screening for twin pregnancy: an analysis of 2057 cases].

Objective: To analyze the results of noninvasive prenatal screening (NIPS) for fetal chromosome aneuploidy in twin pregnancy.

Methods: A total of 2057 women with twin-pregnancy between 12-26 weeks were recruited from Women's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Hangzhou Municipal Women's Hospital and Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital during February 2015 to August 2018. The cell-free DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood sample for DNA library, and non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) was performed by high-throughput sequencing technique.

[The effect of birth ball on the outcome of COOK balloon induction].

To investigate the effect of birth ball on the outcome of COOK balloon induction. A total of 580 patients were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. According to the patient's wishes, 290 cases of cervical ripening with birth ball combined with COOK balloon were taken as experimental group, and 290 cases of cervical ripening group with COOK balloon were set as control group.

Objective: To investigate the effects of the interactions between the CYP2E1 and GOT2 gene polymorphisms and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) on liver injury.

Methods: A total of 672 DMF-exposed workers were randomly selected from two synthetic leather enterprises in Suzhou, China, for follow-up in a cohort study. Information on exposure to DMF in the air was collected through a fixed-point air sampler in the worker's breathing zone.

Background: Current researches show that N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) exposure is associated with liver injury, but it is debatable whether PNPLA3, GCKR, COL13A1 and TM6SF2 gene polymorphisms are associated with liver injury. Our objective was to examine the relationship among DMF exposure, PNPLA3 rs738409, GCKR rs780094, COL13A1 rs1227756, TM6SF2 rs58542926 and liver injury.

Methods: The cohort consisted of 461 workers exposed above the DMF threshold limit value (TLV) and 211 exposed below the DMF TLV in China, who were followed for 5 years.

Recurrence of diet-treated gestational diabetes in primiparous women in northern Zhejiang, China: Epidemiology, risk factors and implications.

Aim: This study sought to determine the rate of recurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) recurrence during the second pregnancies of women who were diagnosed with GDM during their first pregnancies, to identify risk factors associated with the probability of such recurrence and to evaluate the influence of GDM recurrence on pregnancy outcomes in north Zhejiang, China, after the recent adjustment to the nation's childbirth policy.

Methods: A retrospective longitudinal study was performed in north Zhejiang, China (at Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital). A total of 128 women who delivered two sequential live singleton infants and were diagnosed with diet-treated GDM during their first pregnancies were included.

Objective: To study the value of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and LH/FSH ratio in the diagnosis of precocious puberty in girls by ROC curve analysis.

Methods: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) stimulation test was performed on 220 girls with pseudo-sexual precocity and 61 girls with true sexual precocity. Blood LH and FSH levels were measured before and after 30 and 60 minutes of taking the GnRH test.
