- This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of combining acupuncture with NJF for treating hemiplegic shoulder pain (HSP) in stroke patients.
- Results showed that while both treatments improved patient symptoms, the combination of acupuncture and NJF led to greater improvements in pain, joint movement, and motor function compared to acupuncture alone, although no difference was observed in overall daily living ability (Barthel index).
