[Anti-asthma components and mechanism of Kechuanting acupoint application therapy: based on serum metabolomics and network pharmacology].

This study aims to explore the anti-asthma components and mechanism of Kechuanting acupoint application therapy(KAAT) based on serum metabolomics and network pharmacology. A total of 60 asthma patients who had used low-dose inhaled corticosteroids-formoterol(ICS-formoterol) for a long time were randomized into the western medicine group(low-dose ICS-formoterol) and western medicine+Kechuanting group(KAAT+low-dose ICS-Formoterol), 30 in either group. In addition, 30 healthy people were included as the control(no intervention).

[Network Meta-analysis of oral blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese patent medicines in treatment of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy].

This study was designed to assess the clinical efficacy of oral blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese patent medicines in treating hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) based on network Meta-analysis. The clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) concerning the treatment of hypertensive LVH with oral blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese patent medicines were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library from their inception to September 2021. Two researchers independently completed the literature screening, data extraction, and quality evaluation.

[Components of drugs in acupoint sticking therapy and its mechanism of intervention on bronchial asthma based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with network pharmacology and experimental verification].

UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with network pharmacology and experimental verification was used to explore the mechanism of acupoint sticking therapy(AST) in the intervention of bronchial asthma(BA). The chemical components of Sinapis Semen, Cory-dalis Rhizoma, Kansui Radix, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens were retrieved from TCMSP as self-built database. The active components in AST drugs were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS, and the targets were screened out in TCMSP and Swiss-TargetPrediction.

[Application of real world study and human use experience in research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine drugs].

Real world study(RWS) refers to the process of collecting real world data related to the health of research subjects in the real world environment for pre-set clinical problems and obtaining the status of drug use and potential benefits/risks through analysis. The data are derived from the hospital information system(HIS), medical insurance system, disease registration system, adverse drug reaction monitoring system, etc. Human use experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a new concept put forward by experts after summarizing the problems existing in clinical trials of new TCM drugs.

[Study on synergistic anti-tumor effect of Shuangdan Capsules combined with 5-FU on hepatocellular carcinoma cells Huh-7 and xenograft mice].

This paper discussed the synergistic anti-tumor effect of Shuangdan Capsules combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) on human liver cancer cell line Huh-7 and tumor bearing mice. The effects of Shuangdan Capsules combined with 5-FU on the activity and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) receptor protein expression of Huh-7 cells were investigated, and the effects of drug combination on tube formation of HUVEC cell were also verified. In addition, the mice model of Huh-7 was established to observe the anti-tumor effect of drug combination and the distribution of tumor blood flow in tumor bearing mice by using molecular imaging.

[Network pharmacological analysis and preliminary validation of mechanisms of Baitouweng Decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis].

The aim of this paper was to explore the pharmacological mechanism of Baitouweng Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) by network pharmacology and to preliminarily verify the related targets by animal experiments. Cytoscape software was used to construct "ingredient-target-disease" network through TCMSP, GeneCards and Uniprot databases. The protein interaction network was constructed using STRING database, and the core targets were speculated.
