Background: Nurses' self-care has been reported to enhance nurses' mental health and the quality of care they provide to patients. However, there is a scarcity of studies exploring the factors that influence nurses' self-care. Consequently, this study aims to investigate the current status of nurses' self-care ability and its influencing factors, thereby providing a reference for formulating effective strategies to improve nurses' self-care.

Background: Endocrine therapy (ET) and ET-based regimens are the preferred first-line treatment options for hormone receptor (HR)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer (HR+/HER2- MBC), while chemotherapy (CT) is commonly used in clinical practice. The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and clinical outcome of ET and CT as first-line treatment in Chinese patients with HR+/HER2- MBC.

Older adults are at high risk for functional impairment, which is closely related to sarcopenia, falls, and frailty. This seriously affects their quality of life and health, and places a heavy burden on society and families. Although domestic and foreign sports recommendations and prevention and control guidelines/expert consensus have been issued for healthy older adults and functional impairment-related diseases, there is no guidance on prevention and control interventions for older adults with physical functional impairment.

The added prognostic values of baseline PET dissemination parameter in patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.

To explore the prognostic values of baseline 2-deoxy-2-[F] fluoro-D-glucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) dissemination parameter in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) and its added values to total metabolic tumour volume (TMTV). Eighty-one AITL patients with at least two FDG-avid lesions in baseline PET/CT were retrospectively included. PET parameters including TMTV and the distance between the two lesions that are the furthest apart (Dmax) were obtained.

This was a large population-based cross-sectional multicenter study in which the children aged 0-5 years were recruited from 12 children's healthcare centers by a stratified cluster random-sampling method in 10 cities of the Jiangsu province, China.

Acute kidney injury in advanced lung cancer patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors: a single center observational study.

Purpose: Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy is now the stand of care for lung cancer. Due to the low incidence, the study of acute kidney injury (AKI) in lung cancer patients treated with ICIs was hardly reported. We focused on the incidence, characteristics, risk factors, and mortality of AKI in advanced lung cancer patients receiving PD-1 inhibitors.
