Methods: The differentially expressed circRNA was screened by analyzing the expression profiles of circRNAs in HCC tissues and normal tissues.

Background: Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) have both been shown to be effective treatment approaches for anxiety. The purpose of this paper was to directly investigate the ability of MBIs and CBT to improve anxiety symptoms (primary outcome), as well as depression symptoms and sleep quality (second outcome).
Methods: We searched the following electronic databases from 1st December, 2019 to 14th January 2021: English databases including PubMed, PsycINFO, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Elsevier, Springer Link, Wiley Online Library, ClinicalTrails, and Embase, and Chinese database including CNKI, WANFANG, and CQVIP.

Procalcitonin (PCT) is often used to identify bacterial infections and monitor the effectiveness of anti-infection treatments. Background: Procalcitonin (PCT) can effectively identify bacterial infections and can be used for risk prediction and antimicrobial treatment in patients with unexplained fever and critically ill patients. In this study, statistical analyses of the literature were performed to clarify the application and research status of PCT in respiratory diseases. Future research directions are discussed.

Background: This systematic review investigates the efficacy and safety of Duohuojisheng decoction (DHJSD) monotherapy for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA).
Methods: We searched relevant studies on DHJSD monotherapy for KOA from the databases of CENTRAL, EMBASE, MEDLINE, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Allied and Complementary Medicine Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Information, and Wanfang Data from the inception to January 1, 2019. Two researchers independently selected studies, collected data, and assessed the methodology quality by using Cochrane risk of bias tool.

Methods: We will retrieve the studies from the following 9 electronic databases: Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, MEDLINE, the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, the Allied and Complementary Medicine Database, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Information, and Wanfang Data. Two independent researchers will screen and select the relevant papers for eligibility after the search strategies have been conducted.
