Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) has been demonstrated to regulate the metastasis of breast cancer. The coupling between functional and structural brain networks is difficult to clarify due to the complicated alterations in gray matter and white matter for the development of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The active ingredient of the traditional Chinese medicine comfrey is shikonin, a naphthoquinone compound.
