Objective: Treatment of high-grade serous ovarian carcinomas relies on surgery and chemotherapy, potentially followed by bevacizumab and/or poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi). The modeled CA-125 ELIMination rate constant K (KELIM) is a pragmatic indicator of tumor primary chemosensitivity. Although it is well established that mutations are associated with platinum sensitivity, the relationship between status and KELIM score has yet to be elucidated.

Purpose: Stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) is the standard treatment for brain metastases of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and melanoma, mostly in combination with immunotherapy. The objective was to retrospectively evaluate the influence of the time-lapse between immunotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy on toxicity.
Patients And Methods: From 2016 to 2019, 59 patients treated with SRT for 103 brain metastases of NSCLC (60%) and melanoma (40%) in combination with concomitant immunotherapy (≤30 days) were included.

Intensity modulated radiation therapy for head and neck is a complex technique. Inappropriate delineation and/or dose distribution can lead to recurrences. Analysis of these recurrences should lead to improve clinical practice.

Background: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) accounts for 1% of malignant head and neck tumours [1] and 10% of salivary glands malignant tumours. The main objective of our study is to investigate the prognostic factors influencing the event-free survival (EFS) of patients with ACC.
Patients And Methods: A multicentre prospective study was conducted from 2009 to 2018.

Context: Recombinant human thyrotropin (rhTSH) has been shown to be an effective stimulation method for radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy in differentiated thyroid cancer, including in those with nodal metastases (N1 DTC).
Objectives: To demonstrate the noninferiority of rhTSH vs thyroid hormone withdrawal (THW) in preparation to RAI regarding disease status at the first evaluation in the real-life setting in patients with N1 DTC.
Design: This was a French multicenter retrospective study.

Purpose Of The Report: This study aimed at assessing an original low-dose dual-isotope procedure in which the abnormal stress Tc-99m Sestamibi SPECT is followed by rest Tl-201 SPECT, along with a head-to-head comparison with a single-isotope procedure.
Methods And Results: One hundred two patients, referred for a low-dose stress-SPECT with Sestamibi (123 ± 20 MBq) on a CZT camera and for whom a rest Sestamibi SPECT was warranted, had an additional Tl-201 rest-SPECT (52 ± 5 MBq) between stress and rest Sestamibi SPECT recordings. Tl-201 images were processed for spill-over and scatter corrections, and uptake differences with stress Sestamibi SPECT were analyzed: (1) for rest acquisitions from Tl-201 (dual-isotope procedure) and from Sestamibi (single-isotope procedure) and (2) in segments for which a diagnosis of ischemia, infarct, or normal perfusion was achieved.

Purpose: Controversy exists about the prognosis of breast cancer in young women. Our objective was to describe clinicopathological and prognostic features to improve adjuvant treatment indications.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective multi centre study including fifteen French hospitals.

Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that have aberrant expression in prostate cancer tissues. miRNAs are involved in the initiation and progression of cancer, and several miRNAs have been characterized as tumor suppressors or oncogenes. It has been shown that some miRNAs can be directly regulated from their own promoters by epigenetic alterations in cancer cells.

Objectives: To investigate the role of sentinel lymph node biopsy for microinvasive ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast.
Patients And Methods: From January 2001 to January 2006, lymphatic mapping was performed using radiocolloid and/or blue dye technique. Full axillary lymph node dissection was accomplished systematically in 10 instances at the beginning of the study, and furthermore when the sentinel node was involved (macrometastatic or micrometastatic disease).
