Background: Facial asymmetry results from variation in mandibular linear and angular dimensions on the right and left sides of the face. Mandibular asymmetry is of great significance to oral surgeons and orthodontists as it directly impacts the facial profile of an individual.
Aim: The present study aimed to measure the prevalence of mandibular asymmetry and its fluctuations during the mixed dentition growth phase in healthy children aged 6-8 years in the Jazan region of Saudi Arabia.

Preserving questionable maxillary teeth for aesthetics is challenging for many practitioners. This report presents the clinical and radiographic results of an orthodontic extrusion technique for clinical crown lengthening of female patients' maxillary teeth to increase the restorability of teeth. Splinting was carried out by using specially designed hucks cast with custom-made post joined with orthodontic brackets with adjusting teeth.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the changes in oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) scores in children treated for Early Childhood Caries (ECC) under general (GA) and local anesthesia (LA).
Methods: A quasi-experimental study was carried out on 73 children, with 37 in the GA group and 36 in the LA group. The early childhood oral health impact scale (ECOHIS) was used to measure OHRQoL, with the type of anesthesia (LA or GA) serving as the explanatory variable.
