Earthworm, Eudrilus eugeniae cannot survive and regenerate without clitellum segments. In regenerating worms, the clitellum's epithelial and circular muscular layers are reduced to one-third, and longitudinal cell layers to half. In C2C12 cells, Clitellum Factors (CF - 5, 25 and 50%) and Regenerative Clitellum Factors (RCF - 5, 25, 50, 75%) ameliorate the cell viability up to 20-28% and 30-38% respectively than the control.

Tuberculosis and Coronaviral disease-19 had a global impact in 2020 and still predominating, both infectious diseases similar to the lethal pandemics spread in one route, likely airborne transmission, the infected person could spread to healthy people. However, tuberculosis slightly varies from COVID-19. Though the primordial disease of the tuberculosis epidemic has had a vast impact on this society, besides the COVID-19 pandemic with other co-morbidities, conditions faced numerous complications.

Background: This research embarked on a crucial endeavor to clarify the connection between levels of CD166 expression and the established Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) grading system. Through a comprehensive exploration of this correlation, the objective was to ascertain if CD166 could function as an additional biomarker, enhancing the predictive effectiveness of the BI-RADS classification.
Method: This prospective observational study involved 81 women with histopathologically confirmed early breast tumors and 81 radiologically confirmed healthy breast volunteers.

For the first time, a systematic investigation of optimization in the geometrical, vibrational, natural bonding orbital (NBO), electronic, linear and nonlinear optical properties, and Hirshfeld surface analysis for the L-histidinium-l-tartrate hemihydrate (HT) crystal is reported by employing the density functional theory (DFT). The geometrical parameters and vibrational frequencies obtained from the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory are in good agreement with the experimental values. The presence of strong hydrogen bonding interactions in the molecule causes an intense absorption peak in the infrared spectrum below 2000 cm.
