Background: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a rare life-threatening condition almost exclusively attributed to drugs. The main etiologic factors for TEN are sulphonamides, anticonvulsants, and antibiotics; however, there are no published reports of warfarin causing TEN.

Background: High dose of cyclosporine (CyA) for ≥2 years in children with steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome (SDNS) increases the risk for nephropathy. In patients with Fournier's gangrene, massive debridement is necessary. The debrided region is usually near the anus, which means that management of evacuation becomes difficult and a colostomy is often created for diversion of stool. A 65 year-old woman with small lymphocytic leukemia presented with subacute cerebellar ataxia. Six months after rituximab chemotherapy, a cranial MRI revealed lesions in the bilateral middle cerebellar peduncles.
