To the best of our knowledge, mesh erosion and migration into the stomach following a mesh repair of adult diaphragmatic hernia has yet to be reported in the literature. Background: The synchronous colorectal malignancy is well described in the literature but combination of pancreatic incidentaloma with sigmoid cancer has not been well described and the association has not been described in syndrome.

Case Presentation: A 65-year-old man from the Indian subcontinent with a history of abdominal pain with loss of appetite, and with a history of bleeding per rectum and altered bowel habits presented to our hospital. An abdominal examination revealed a palpable mass in the region of his epigastrium and left hypochondrium, and a rectal examination was normal.

Marchiafava Bignami disease is a rare toxic disease seen mostly in chronic alcoholics, resulting in progressive demyelination and necrosis of the corpus callosum. Initially it was thought to be specific to individuals in central Italy, consuming large amounts of Chianti red wine; however, alcoholic beverages worldwide are presently implicated. In our case series of two cases, locally made "illicit" liquor (Mahuwa Alcohol) could be the causative factor.

A 10-year-old boy presented with generalized hyperpigmentation, abdominal pain, change in behavior and, no weight gain for 2 years. On examination, he had hypotension and generalized hyperpigmentation that was more marked on gingival mucosa and frictional sites. The effect of saliva on gastric secretion was studied in 41 adult men by the method of serial test meals. The essence of the experiments was to exclude the saliva from the stomach in one set of observations and allow its admixture with food in the other. The results showed that the gastric acidity was significantly reduced by the ingestion of saliva both in the case of fluid as well as solid meals.
