Purpose: The study was conducted to evaluate efficacy of intracameral lidocaine hydrochloride 1% and tropicamide injection 0.02% for anaesthesia and mydriasis in manual small-incision cataract surgery (MSICS) and to report any adverse drug reaction.
Methods: This was a randomized, prospective, observational study on 32 participants that took place from October 2021 to March 2022 (6 months).

Intratesticular leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare tumor of the genitourinary system. We report a case of intratesticular pleomorphic leiomyosarcoma in a 68-year-old male who presented with gradual painless enlargement of the right scrotal mass over a period of 1-2 years. Radiological examination revealed a right testicular tumor.

Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumours (MPNST) are rare spindle- cell sarcomas which are derived from the schwann cells or the pleuripotent cells of the neural crest. MPNSTs are usually located in the peripheral nerve trunk roots, extremities and in the head and neck region. These tumours may arise as sporadic variants or in patients with neurofibromatosis1 (NF1).
