Objectives: An update of the first European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) consensus on soft tissue tumor imaging in 2015 became necessary due to technical advancements, further insights into specific entities, and the revised WHO classification (2020) and AJCC staging system (2017). The third part of the revised guidelines covers algorithms and techniques beyond initial imaging: (1) Imaging after neoadjuvant therapy in soft tissue sarcoma, (2) sarcoma surveillance, and (3) special aspects, including surveillance of non-malignant entities and the role of interventional radiology.
Materials And Methods: A validated Delphi method based on peer-reviewed literature was used to derive consensus among a panel of 46 specialized musculoskeletal radiologists from 12 European countries.

Methods: Biologic-naive patients with axSpA were included in this observational study. Serum drug levels and ADAb were measured at weeks 12, 24, 52, and 104 of treatment by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Methods: A case-control study was conducted, including 96 pregnant women with singleton pregnancies who underwent the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) for GDM diagnosis during the 24th-28th weeks of gestation. Blood samples were collected for measuring GLP-1, GLP-2, GIP, and fasting glucose.

Objectives: To assess the short-term efficacy of multiple sessions of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT), light-emitting-diode (LED) photobiomodulation, and topical ozone therapy applications following surgical regenerative treatments on clinical parameters, patient-centered outcomes, and mRNA expression levels of VEGF, IL-6, RunX2, Nell-1, and osterix in gingival crevicular fluid samples in patients with stage III/IV, grade C periodontitis.
Materials And Methods: Forty-eight systemically healthy patients were assigned into four groups to receive adjunctive modalities with regenerative periodontal surgical treatment. A 970 ± 15 nm diode laser plus indocyanine-green for aPDT group, a 626 nm LED for photobiomodulation group, and topical gaseous ozone were applied at 0, 1, 3, and 7 postoperative days and compared to control group.

Methods: Three groups were established: control (n=8), FIP + saline (n=7), and FIP + HCQ (20 mg/kg/day) (n=9). Blood samples were collected for arterial blood gas and biochemical analyses, and bilateral pneumonectomy was performed for histopathologic examination.

Background: In comparison with TNF-α inhibitors, anti-IL-17A agents are considered to have a lower risk of active tuberculosis (TB) or latent TB infection (LTBI) reactivation.
Methods: In this study, we aimed to evaluate the TB infection status and serial QuantiFERON-TB-Gold in tube test (QFT) results of psoriasis patients using IL-17 inhibitors (secukinumab [SEC] and ixekizumab [IXE]) in a real-world setting from a tuberculosis-endemic country. Patients who used an anti-IL-17 agent for at least 3 months in our follow-up were included in the study.

Methods: This descriptive and cross-sectional study was undertaken at the nursing departments of the university's faculty of health sciences in İzmir, Turkey between 2021 and 2022. A total of 240 nursing students were recruited as participants for this study.
