Background: Burnout syndrome represents a significant challenge in healthcare, impacting dental professionals globally across all geographic, demographic, or socioeconomic backgrounds. Pervasive work-related stress and insufficient management practices highlight the urgent need for enhanced awareness and targeted interventions.
Objectives: This systematic review aimed to evaluate the prevalence, causes, and impacts of burnout among dental professionals and to explore the effectiveness of various occupational health interventions aimed at managing and preventing burnout in the dental sector during different phases of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This scoping review synthesizes recent evidence to assess the clinical efficacy and safety of MARPE, addressing a gap in comprehensive, up-to-date analyses in this area. : To present the recent assessments concerning MARPE influencing factors, side effects, soft tissue alterations, and airway changes, focusing on comparisons with conventional devices.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy of topographical and tomographical indices given by the Pentacam (pachymetric, tomopetric, and aberometric) in clinical and subclinical keratoconus (KCN) diagnosis.
Material And Methods: In this observational analytic retrospective study, patients with abnormal findings in topography and tomography maps but with no signs on clinical examination (subclinical KCN group, sKCN), patients with clinical keratoconus (KCN group), and healthy subjects (Control group) were evaluated.

Ceramic materials are constantly evolving, achieving good functionality and aesthetics. Bonding to ceramics may be difficult because of high toxicity procedures and risk of surface damage. The review aims to answer several research questions: Is there a golden standard for bonding to ceramic? Are there adhesives or types of photopolymerization lamps that produce a higher bond strength on certain types of ceramics rather than others? Articles focusing on the bonding process of orthodontic attachments to ceramic surfaces searched in Pubmed, Medline and Embase, published between 1990 and 2018 were revised.

Introduction: The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety in 4-year follow-up of Ex-PRESS P-200 mini-shunt implantation versus standard trabeculectomy.
Material And Methods: A single-center retrospective study on patients diagnosed with open-angle glaucoma with failed medical treatment and who underwent Ex-PRESS device implantation or standard trabeculectomy was conducted. Seventy-three eyes were included in the analysis, 33 with Ex-PRESS P-200 implantation and 40 with standard trabeculectomy.
