Background: Spinal cord tumors present a challenge in diagnosis and treatment due to their varied histopathological characteristics. While Ewing sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor typically originating from skeletal bone, cases of primary intradural extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma are exceptionally rare. The similarity of its presentation to other spinal tumors further complicates its identification and management.

Background: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has significantly transformed the landscape of identifying disease-causing genes associated with genetic disorders. However, a substantial portion of sequenced patients remains undiagnosed. This may be attributed not only to the challenges posed by harder-to-detect variants, such as non-coding and structural variations but also to the existence of variants in genes not previously associated with the patient's clinical phenotype.

Unlabelled: Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are two autoimmune disorders that can develop together or separately. Similarities in the pathogenesis have been discovered, including the production of autoantibodies that target subcellular antigens and shared elevated risk of cardiovascular morbidity, which may be caused by common pathologic pathways.
Case Presentation: A 28-year-old male, referred to our hospital for the assessment of chest pain.

Introduction And Importance: A rare disorder called ovarian torsion (OT) during pregnancy can harm both the mother and the fetus. Predisposing variables for the condition include enlarged ovaries, free mobility, and a long pedicle, despite the fact that its genesis is not entirely understood. When ovarian stimulation is used to treat infertility, the disease's incidence rises.

Introduction: First -degree cutaneous extraskeletal Ewing's sarcomas (ESs) are incredibly uncommon skin-specific tumors that often present as a single, tiny lesion that is restricted to the mid-to-deep dermis or involves the subcutis. ESs can be clinically and pathologically misdiagnosed because of their rarity and physical resemblance to other cutaneous cancers.
Case Presentation: A 47-year-old nonsmoking woman was admitted after being transferred from a nearby hospital to check her right foot pain that had been present for three months and was significantly numbing the same side.
