Gastric metastasis from renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is rare and associated with poor outcomes. In this case, we report gastric fundic gland metastasis presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in a patient who had a history of nephrectomy due to RCC 14 years ago.
