Methods: The study included 401 older patients aged 75 years and above admitted with ACS between May 2015 and December 2022.

Background And Aims: Coronary angiography-derived wall shear stress (WSS) may enable identification of vulnerable plaques and patients. A new recently introduced software allows seamless three-dimensional quantitative coronary angiography (3D-QCA) reconstruction and WSS computation within a single user-friendly platform carrying promise for clinical applications. Aim: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of relaxation exercise with VR (Virtual Reality) glasses on pain severity, anxiety level, and vital signs in patients undergoing endoscopy.
Methods: This is a quasi-experimental study including a control group with a pretest/post-test applied. This study was conducted with a total of 100 patients, including 50 patients in the intervention and 50 patients in the control group.
Background: Polysomnography (PSG) is resource-intensive but remains the gold standard for diagnosing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). We aimed to develop a screening tool to better allocate resources by identifying individuals at higher risk for OSA, overcoming limitations of current tools that may under-diagnose based on self-reported symptoms.
Methods: A total of 884 patients (490 diagnosed with OSA) were included, which was divided into the training, validation, and test sets.
