HNRNPA2B1 and HNRNPR stabilize ASCL1 mRNA in neuroblastoma, but whether their regulatory effects depend on m6A modification and whether their function involves ASCL1 remain unknown. This study investigated the m6A-dependent binding of HNRNPA2B1 and HNRNPR to ASCL1 and subsequent regulation, as well as the expression, clinical significance, and function of HNRNPA2B1 and HNRNPR in neuroblastoma. Reconsolidation of heroin-associated memory is an independent memory process that occurs following retrieval, which is essential for the sustained capacity of an associative drug stimulus to precipitate heroin-seeking. Extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in the basolateral amygdala (BLA) mediates the reconsolidation of drug memory. In the present study, we utilized a rat model of drug craving and relapse to verify the hypothesis that the reconsolidation of heroin-associated memory requires ERK in an instrumental heroin-seeking behavior, focusing on the BLA brain region, which is crucial for synaptic plasticity and memory processes.

Transcriptional repression of FOXO1 by KLF4 contributes to glioma progression.

FOXO1 expression decrease correlated with glioma progression and predicted a worse overall survival of glioma patients.
