A method for simultaneous determination of 10 first-generation histamine H1 receptor blockers in feeds by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry combined with solid phase extraction. Instrument conditions, extraction solvents, and purification methods have been optimized. Under the optimum conditions, these analytes were separated effectively at 6 min.

Mattress is among the main products of ectopic fermentation system (EFS); however, the research on the data of antimicrobial residues in the mattress of EFS and risk assessments of mattress have not been conducted. This study involved a scale survey to assess the levels and distributions of 54 antimicrobial residues, including 4 tetracyclines, 19 quinolones, 22 sulfonamides, 3 amphenicols, and 6 macrolides in mattress on 12 swine farms that use ectopic fermentation systems (EFS) in Zhejiang Province. A total of 25 antimicrobials were detected in mattress, and the total residue amount of antimicrobial in mattress samples of each farm was 0.

An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with high-field quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QE-MS) histological platform was used to analyze the effects of two thermal processing methods (cooking and steaming) on the nutritional metabolic components of black beans. Black beans had the most amino acids, followed by lipids and polyphenols, and more sugars. Multivariate statistical analysis indicated that heat processing significantly affected the metabolic component content in black beans, with effects varying among different components.

A simple and accurate method of ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with quadrupole-high field Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (QE HF HRMS) has been developed for analyzing 8 trace-level (µg/L) carbapenems in milk. Mass spectrometry conditions, chromatographic conditions, extraction solvent and QuEChERS procedures were optimized for determination of 8 carbapenems in milk. Samples were extracted and purified by modified QuEChERS procedure.

A method was established for the simultaneous trace analysis and identification of 27 sulfonamides and 6 sulfonamide potentiators in eggs by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-high-field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry and multifunction impurity adsorption cleaning. The appropriate extraction, purification, and instrument conditions were optimized. The drugs were extracted by acetonitrile with 1% formic acid and purified with optimized adsorption material based on multifunction impurity adsorption cleaning.
