What is affecting the improvement of green innovation efficiency in the old industrial base: evidence from Northeast China.

Green innovation is an important driving force for high-quality development and is vital for reinvigorating the old industrial bases in Northeast China. As such, this study investigates the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and factors influencing green innovation efficiency (GIE) in Northeast China from 2005 to 2020, using the super-efficient EBM-Malmquist model, kernel density estimation, and random forest model. The results show the following.

The present paper introuduces the method, with which the water-soluble polysaccharide was extracted with hot water from Garidi-15, the products were further purified with column chromatography on SephadexC-25, and the contents of water soluble polysaccharide were determined by phenyl hydrate-sulfuric acid method. The average recovery was 100.50%, and RSD was 0.

The water soluble polysaccharide was extracted from Agari-8, and the contents of the water soluble polysaccharide were determined by phenyl hydrate-sulfuric acid method. The average recovery was 101.80%.
