In order to optimize the spectrum allocation strategy of existing wireless communication networks and improve information transmission efficiency and data transmission security, this study uses the independent correlation characteristics of chaotic time series to simulate the collection and control strategy of bees, and proposes an artificial bee colony algorithm based on uniform mapping and collaborative collection control. Furthermore, it proposes an artificial bee colony algorithm based on uniform mapping and collaborative collection and control. The method begins by establishing a composite system of uniformly distributed Chebyshev maps.

Discontinuation of palliative radiotherapy due to a patient's declining general condition poses a clinical dilemma for palliative care physicians. This study aimed to investigate the survival duration of patients whose performance status (PS) deteriorated during palliative radiotherapy and inform decisions regarding early treatment discontinuation. We retrospectively analyzed data from patients referred from our institute's palliative care department who underwent ≥10 fractions of palliative radiotherapy between March 2017 and December 2021.

Hashing has been extensively utilized in cross-modal retrieval due to its high efficiency in handling large-scale, high-dimensional data. However, most existing cross-modal hashing methods operate as offline learning models, which learn hash codes in a batch-based manner and prove to be inefficient for streaming data. Recently, several online cross-modal hashing methods have been proposed to address the streaming data scenario.

Background: We recently reported on a late preterm infant born at 36 weeks' gestation with serious arrhythmia due to hyperkalemia associated with long-term maternal ritodrine administration. It is unknown whether ritodrine alone increases the risk of neonatal hyperkalemia in infants born at 34-36 weeks' gestation.
Methods: This single-center, retrospective, cohort study enrolled late preterm infants (34-36 gestational weeks) born between 2004 and 2018.

Background: This study intends to examine the effect of public insurance status on survival outcomes of HCC patients after liver resection in China.
Methods: We divided 2911 HCC patients after liver resection included in our study into the Urban Employed-based Medical Insurance group (UEBMI group, n = 1462) and the non-Urban Employed-based Medical Insurance group (non-UEBMI group, n = 1449). A propensity score matching (PSM) analysis was used to control confounding factors.

Capturing semantics and structure surrounding the target entity pair is crucial for relation extraction. The task is challenging due to the limited semantic elements and structural features of the target entity pair within a sentence. To tackle this problem, this paper introduces an approach that fuses entity-related features under convolutional neural networks and graph convolution neural networks.

This study aimed to investigate the possible drug-drug interactions (DDIs) of 5-FU with antihypertensives metabolised by CYP3A4 and 2C9, using blood pressure (BP) as a pharmacodynamic (PD) parameter. Patients who received 5-FU in combination with antihypertensives metabolised by CYP3A4 or 2C9, specifically, a) amlodipine, nifedipine, or amlodipine + nifedipine, b) candesartan or valsartan, or c) amlodipine + candesartan, amlodipine + losartan, or nifedipine + valsartan, (Group A, = 20) were identified. Patients who received 5-FU with WF and antihypertensives, specifically, a) amlodipine or b) amlodipine + telmisartan, amlodipine + candesartan, or amlodipine + valsartan, (Group B, = 5) or 5-FU alone (Group C, = 25) were also identified and analysed as a comparator and control group, respectively.

Introduction: On-demand treatment is the most common treatment strategy for haemophilia A in China.
Aim: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a human-derived B-domain-deleted recombinant factor VIII (TQG202) in the on-demand treatment of bleeding episodes in moderate/severe haemophilia A patients.
Methods: This multicentre, single-arm clinical trial enrolled moderate/severe haemophilia patients previously treated with FVIII concentrates for ≥50 exposure days (EDs) from May 2017 to October 2019.

This study assessed the efficacy of chemoradiotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal (SCCAC). Patients with T1-4N0-3M0 SCCAC received chemoradiotherapy with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU, 800 mg/m2/day, 96-h infusion) and mitomycin-C (MMC, 10 mg/m2 bolus). Patients treated with 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) or intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) were administered 36.

As one of the most common cancers globally, the incidence of skin cancer has been rising. Dermoscopy-based classification has become the most effective method for the diagnosis of skin lesion types due to its accuracy and non-invasive characteristics, which plays a significant role in reducing mortality. Although a great breakthrough of the task of skin lesion classification has been made with the application of convolutional neural network, the inter-class similarity and intra-class variation in skin lesions images, the high class imbalance of the dataset and the lack of ability to focus on the lesion area all affect the classification results of the model.

In order to address the false alarm detection problem caused by the inability to identify the transgression scene pages in the process of horizontal transgression detection, this study proposes a deep learning-based LSTM-AutoEncoder unsupervised prediction model. The model uses long short-term memory network to build AutoEncoder, extracts text features of page response data of horizontal transgression scenario, and reconstructs text features to restore. Meanwhile, it counts the error between the restored result and the original page response, judges whether the detection result of horizontal transgression is false alarm according to the error threshold of unknown page, and tests the effectiveness of the model effect under real business data by comparing it with other two algorithms, one-class SVM and AutoEncoder, which provides security for enterprise network business.

Drug-drug interactions (DDIs) between warfarin (WF) and fluoropyrimidines are well known. Co-administration of WF and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) leads to elevations in prothrombin time international normalised ratio (PT-INR). The inhibition of drug metabolism through suppression of CYP activity is a possible cause of prolonged PT-INR elevations.

Background: An accurate evaluation of the nutritional status of malnourished hospitalized patients at a higher risk of complications, such as frailty or disability, is crucial. Visual methods of estimating food intake are popular for evaluating the nutritional status in clinical environments. However, from the perspective of accurate measurement, such methods are unreliable.
