Sentinel lymph node biopsy is currently the gold standard for clinically node-negative patients of carcinoma breast. Fluorescein is a safe, low-cost agent, and easily available. Fluorescein has shown a promising role in sentinel lymph node evaluation in carcinoma breast in combination with methylene blue dye with a detection rate of more than 90% and a false-negative rate of less than 10% in previous studies.

There is scarcity of data on closure and long-term follow-up of percutaneous treatment of ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (RSOVA). In this article, we present our experience in percutaneous closure of this defect. Between December 2009 and July 2014, 11 cases of RSOVA were referred to our hospital.

The window ductus: Circulatory arrest as an option for surgical repair.
