Focusing on the integration of spiritual care in nursing, the research emphasizes nurses' critical role in addressing patients' spiritual needs amid diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Employing a qualitative methodology with purposive sampling and follow-up interviews, the study identifies educational gaps in nurses' ability to provide spiritual care via internet-based tools.

Oleanolic acid (OA) ischaracterized by its low water solubility, poor permeability and majorly metabolized by cytochrome P450 (CYP) isozymes in the intestinal tract, particularly CYP3A, which contribute to the low oral bioavailability. OA has multiple pharmacological actions including hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic and antiviral effects. Computational Analysis of Triazolone-Based Dyes in DSSCs: Exploring Acceptor Terminal for Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance.

We designed and built several triazolone-based dyes (TPA1-TPA5 and PTZ1-PTZ5) by modifying the structure around At-D-π-A. We studied how different donating and accepting groups affect the shape, energy levels, absorption spectra and photovoltaic behavior of these sensitizers using DFT and TDDFT calculations. We used selected functional methods to optimize the ground state of these sensitizer molecules.

The present study attempted to examine the association of functional limitations and elder abuse among the tribal and non-tribal ethnic groups in West Bengal, India, from a comparative framework. The study revealed that tribal older adults (20%) were in a better position in the field of abuse since they were less abused compared to their non-tribal counterpart (44.5%).

The Global Influenza Hospital Surveillance Network: A Multicountry Public Health Collaboration.

Respiratory viruses represent a significant public health threat. There is the need for robust and coordinated surveillance to guide global health responses. Established in 2012, the Global Influenza Hospital Surveillance Network (GIHSN) addresses this need by collecting clinical and virological data on persons with acute respiratory illnesses across a network of hospitals worldwide.

Background: Persons with serious mental illness (SMI) continue to be largely taken care of by their families in India. Religion-based explanatory models of illness and religious coping methods are commonly employed by caregivers to deal with the burden of caregiving. While there is evidence to support the positive impact of religiosity on caregiving, there are no qualitative studies that have explored these beliefs.

Airbag ARDS: airbag fumes exposure leading to ARDS.

We present a case of a man in his early 50s, who developed severe respiratory distress following exposure to airbag fumes after a road traffic accident. Despite initial treatment for lower respiratory tract infection, his condition worsened, necessitating intensive care unit admission and mechanical ventilation (MV). Subsequent investigations ruled out infections, autoimmune causes and lung contusion, leading to a diagnosis of chemical pneumonitis secondary to sodium azide exposure.

Challenges in ipsilateral intertrochanteric and distal femur shaft fracture with patellar tendon avulsion.

A middle-aged man presented with a history of high-energy trauma with no open wounds, sustaining ipsilateral intertrochanteric and distal femur fractures with a patellar lower pole avulsion fracture. The patient underwent short proximal femoral nailing for intertrochanteric fracture, open reduction and internal fixation with plating for distal femur fracture and patellar tendon repair through transosseous tunnels in the patella.A precise clinical and radiological diagnosis followed by early management by internal osteosynthesis and early and adapted functional rehabilitation made it possible to obtain good long-term results.

Objectives: To investigate the transplacental acquisition of measles IgG in newborn at delivery in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Kenya, Nigeria, Mali, and South Africa.

Methods: Archived cord serum, from a multi-center study on Group B Streptococcus, were tested for measles IgG using a commercial enzyme link immunosorbent assay (ELISA). We tested 323 randomly selected samples from each of the sites.
