ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma: A study of six cases from an oncopathology center in North India.

ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma (ALK+ LBCL) is a rare neoplasm with an aggressive course and poor therapeutic response to the standard R-CHOP regimen. Owing to its negativity for usual B- and T-cell markers and immunopositivity for epithelial markers, it can be easily misdiagnosed if it is not contemplated. To study the clinicopathological parameters of cases of ALK+ LBCL diagnosed at our institution.

Unicuspid unicommissural aortic valves: A surgical pathology analysis.

The unicuspid unicommisural aortic valve is an uncommon congenital malformation that often manifests as stenosis with or without regurgitation in adults in their third to fifth decades of life. This report characterizes the morphological features of surgically excised unicuspid valves in adults with clinical correlation. Among the surgically excised aortic valves over a period of 10 years, the clinical data and morphological features of unicuspid aortic valves were analyzed.

A case series of dermatopathological features in different types of morphea and their clinical correlates.

The dermatopathological features in morphea (localized scleroderma) and their clinicopathologic correlations are not well described in the literature. To describe dermatopathological changes of different types of morphea and to investigate the association between clinical and histopathological features. A total of 18 cases of morphea who attended our tertiary care center in the last four years were evaluated.

Partial Substitution of Copper with Silver in CuZnSnS: An Efficient Strategy to Boost the Performance of Self-Powered Broadband Photodetectors in Superstrate Configuration.

Self-powered broadband photodetectors (SPBPDs) hold great potential for next-generation optoelectronic applications, but their performance is often limited by interface defects that impair charge transport and increase recombination losses. In this work, we report the enhancement of the photodetection efficiency of SPBPDs by partially substituting copper (Cu) with silver (Ag) in kesterite CuZnSnS (ACZTS) thin films. Varying Ag concentrations (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%) are incorporated into the CZTS layer, forming a TiO/ACZTS heterojunction in superstrate configuration fabricated via a low-cost sol-gel spin-coating technique with low-temperature open air annealing avoiding conventional postdeposition sulfurization or selenization.

Contribution of Travelers to Malaria in South West Delhi, India: Cross-Sectional Survey.

Background: India is committed to malaria elimination by the year 2030. According to the classification of malaria endemicity, the National Capital Territory of Delhi falls under category 1, with an annual parasite incidence of <1, and was targeted for elimination by 2022. Among others, population movement across states is one of the key challenges for malaria control, as it can result in imported malaria, thus introducing local transmission in an area nearing elimination.

Influence of Keto-Enol Tautomerism in Regulating CO Photoreduction Activity in Porous Organic Porphyrinic Photopolymers.

Photoassisted CO reduction employing a metal-free system is both challenging and fascinating. In our study, we present a structural engineering strategy to tune the potential energy barrier, which, in turn, affects the photoreduction ability. A series of porphyrin-based porous organic polymers () were hydrothermally synthesized and the influence of keto-enol tautomerization on the CO photoreduction potential has been rigorously investigated.

Ce[N(SiMe3)2]3(THF)3-Catalyzed Hydroboration of CO2, Esters and Epoxides with Pinacolborane: Selective Synthesis of Methanol in Multigram Scale.

In this work, we have reduced CO2 with HBpin to afford borylated methanol product selectively in ~99% yield using Ce[N(SiMe3)2]3(THF)3 as a catalyst. This led to multigram scale isolation of methanol obtained from CO2 reduction via the hydrolysis of borylated methanol, this establishes the potential of Ce[N(SiMe3)2]3(THF)3 as an efficient homogeneous catalyst for the bulk scale methanol synthesis. A practical application of this catalytic system was also shown by reducing CO2-containing motorbike exhaust efficiently and selectively.

Effectiveness of the AF-EduCare and AF-EduApp approach to improve atrial fibrillation knowledge and risk factor awareness in patients with atrial fibrillation: a randomized controlled trial.

Magnetoelectric properties and Morin type spin transitions of Na-doped GaFeO.

The effects of Na doping on the structure magnetic, electric, and magnetoelectric properties of GaFeOwere studied. Rietveld refinement of the XRD data reveals the formation of a single-phase trigonal structure with no impurity on Na doping up to 50% and a significant increase in lattice strain with doping. FTIR and Raman analysis further supported the phase purity of the samples.

Student's perception of hybrid team-based and case-based learning in undergraduate endodontics education.

Background: Limited studies have explored the use of the hybrid approach combining team-based learning (TBL) and case-based learning (CBL) in dental education. This study evaluates how students perceive the hybrid TBL-CBL approach to learning endodontics and determines whether gender and ethnicity impact students' perceptions.

Development of a non-specialist worker delivered psychological intervention to address alcohol use disorders and psychological distress among conflict-affected populations in Uganda and Ukraine.

Background: Despite the significant burden of alcohol use disorders (AUD), there is a large treatment gap, especially in settings and populations affected by armed conflict. A key barrier to care is the lack of contextually relevant interventions and adequately skilled human resources to deliver them. This paper describes the systematic development of the CHANGE intervention, a potentially scalable psychological intervention for people with co-existing AUD and psychological distress in conflict-affected populations, delivered by non-specialist workers (NSWs).

Incidence of postoperative pain after single-visit and multiple-visit root canal therapy: a systematic review.

AIM- The objective of the systematic review is to evaluate the incidence of postoperative pain after single-visit and multiple-visit root canal therapy. METHODS- Published research indexed in PubMed or Scopus or Cochrane or DOAJ or Web of Science evaluating the frequency percentage of postoperative aching after one and several root canal therapy appointments through randomized controlled trials or prospectively were included. RESULT- Most surveys utilized VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) to estimate the degree of pain among the participants.

Background: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorder is a fatal condition responsible for obstetric haemorrhage, which contributes to increased feto-maternal morbidity and mortality. Background: Surveys based on capillary blood show that anaemia is rampant in India, but capillary blood haemoglobin (Hb) may not accurately reflect venous blood Hb concentrations.
