Objective: To investigate the visual outcomes and patient satisfaction following trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) implantation after radial keratotomy (RK).
Methods: This was a retrospective chart review wherein we studied 14 eyes from 7 patients who had undergone cataract surgery and had trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) implanted in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia's King Fahd University Hospital and Kahhal private centre. Data such as demographic characteristics, the time between RK and cataract removal, intraoperative and postoperative complications, preoperative and postoperative uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA), corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA), and refraction were evaluated.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the specific learning needs of patients within the experimental group after receiving the Individualized Self-Care Program (ISCP) at two key time points: Time 2 (Day 2, Week 1) and Time 3 (Day 15, Week 3). Furthermore, it aimed to compare the effectiveness of the ISCP in improving self-care behavior between the experimental group and the control group, which received standard health education.
Methods: The study utilized a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design and included a consecutive sample of 128 patients who had undergone their first Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) procedure.

Allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS) is a localized inflammatory, hypersensitivity reaction affecting the nasal cavity and its sinuses secondary to fungal colonization. The burden of surgical revisions and recurrence rates in this disease led to a recent hypothesized advancement in the medical management being experimented, which is the use of biologics. Therefore, this systematic review analyzed nine articles to highlight the significance of biologics in the management of AFRS through a comprehensive strategy, as seen in Supplementary Methods Section (1-9).

Background: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric condition characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions) performed to relieve distress related to the obsessions. For patients with severe illness refractory to first-line pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, neurosurgical treatments such as deep brain stimulation (DBS) and stereotactic lesioning are an option. The choice between DBS and lesioning is often driven by patient preference, but these options are not mutually exclusive.
