Exploring workplace spirituality, mindfulness, digital technology, and psychological well-being: A complex interplay in organizational contexts.

This study explores the intricate relationships between workplace spirituality, mindfulness, psychological well-being, and digital technology use among employees in India. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 287 full-time employees from various industries. Grounded in Technostress Theory, Broaden-and-Build Theory, and the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) framework, the study tested several hypotheses to investigate how these factors interact in the contemporary digital work environment.

The moderating effects of perceived social worth and organizational virtuousness on the relationship between emotional labor, precarious work, and organizational commitment among ASHA workers in India.

Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) in India are the subjects of this study, which explores the complex relationships between emotional labor (EL) and unstable work environments and how these relationships affect organizational commitment (OC). The study also looked at how organizational virtuousness (OV) and perceived social value mediated the relationship between precarious work (PW), EL, and OC. This study included a total sample size of N = 467 ASHA personnel from a variety of healthcare settings.

Linking resonant leadership and learning organizations: The role of psychological empowerment as a mediator in faculty members among higher educational institutions in India.

This research examines the interaction between emotional intelligence rooted in resonant leadership and psychological empowerment in shaping learning organizations within South Indian higher educational institutions. To investigate this relationship, data from 280 faculty members was collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results demonstrate a significant positive connection between psychological empowerment and resonant leadership, which contributes to the development of learning organizations.

This study aims to investigate the intricate interplay between self-transcendence, spiritual transcendence, innovative work behavior, and the mediating role of workplace spirituality. Utilizing structural equation modeling, it examines the associations among these variables. Mediation analysis explores the extent to which workplace spirituality mediates these relationships.

Perceptions and factors associated with COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB) obedience among general public in India: A mixed methods research.

Background: The purpose of the study was to analyze the public perception toward COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB) obedience and to identify the factors associated with declining CAB.

Materials And Methods: It is a mixed methods study conducted from November 2021 to September 2022 in Pune city, India. A set of 15-CAB guidelines published by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India (GoI), were used as a base document to design the instruments of qualitative and quantitative study.

Bibliometric review of telematics-based automobile insurance: Mapping the landscape of research and knowledge.

Telematics technology and its implementation in auto insurance have received great interest due to their potential to transform the insurance sector and promote safer driving practices. By implementing telematics technology, insurers may tailor insurance premiums to individual drivers, taking into account their real driving habits and performance, ultimately leading to improved road safety, cost savings, and an empowered driving community. The current study, through bibliometric analysis, carefully identifies and evaluates the existing body of scholarly literature on this subject for the last 21 years, including journal articles, conference papers, and related publications.

From Over-Tourism to Under-Tourism via COVID-19: Lessons for Sustainable Tourism Management.

With various strains of the novel coronavirus emerging during the last few years, there is a need to reinvent and manage the tourism industry by engaging various stakeholders. Industry and policymakers need to observe the shift and curate tourism-related products and offerings accordingly. In light of the increasing demand for innovations and future directions in the post-COVID-19 period, this article conducts a bibliometric analysis for sustainable tourism studies spanning the years 1990-2021.

The Danger in Danger - A study on the psychological impact of COVID-19 lockdown on people in the Indian context.

The present study attempts to find the factors resulting in increased risk of anxiety and stress due to nation-wide lockdown imposed to reduce the transmission of coronavirus in the Indian context. Grounded theory approach is used to collect, analyze, and code the data elicited from 37 semi-structured interviews. Qualitative analysis of the data found that the lockdown during coronavirus outbreak led to boredom, financial loss, and intimate terrorism which resulted in an elevated risk of anxiety and stress.

Towards a sustainable organic waste supply chain: A comparison of centralized and decentralized systems.

Proper disposal of Municipal Solid (MSW) waste is an important issue as it causes land, air, and water pollution. Organic MSW provides a habitat environment to insects and often it spreads dangerous diseases. Major reasons identified behind this as the non-separation of MSW at the source and lack of facilities (bins) in the appropriate place for collection of wastes.

Flood-induced vulnerability of a below sea level farming system in southern India: an assessment through coping strategy intensity.

This paper investigates the livelihood vulnerability experienced by agricultural households in Kuttanad, a below sea level farming system in southern India, in the aftermath of a major flood in August 2018. For this purpose, we constructed a flood coping strategy index (FCSI), to measure coping strategy intensity, using the data on the severity and frequency of various coping strategies adopted by households. Furthermore, we estimated a Tobit regression model to identify the factors influencing the intensity of coping strategy choices.

Panic During COVID-19 Pandemic! A Qualitative Investigation Into the Psychosocial Experiences of a Sample of Indian People.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has spread to the entire world and is severely affecting social psychology. We conducted semi-structured interviews on 59 subjects from India to investigate the impact of information, misinfodemics (spread of wrong information), and isolation on their psychology. We perform qualitative analysis on the data.

Examining environmental friendly behaviors of tourists towards sustainable development.

This study investigated the tourists' novel intentions to save environment and what parameters impact their pro-environment decisions. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the integrated study model to get correct and unbiased path coefficients with the help of 227 responses. The study results revealed that greater the environmental knowledge of environmental friendly products, the more positive attitude towards environmental friendly products was perceived and international tourists perceived it significantly high in comparison to domestic tourists Interestingly Control on Availability didn't impact purchase intentions of tourists in the current study, a finding different from literature across other contexts.

This paper explores the social inclusiveness of agricultural extension services in India. We estimate the probability and frequency of farmers' access to extension services and resulting changes in crop income across different caste groups. The literature suggests that caste-based social segregation manifests in various spheres of life, and perpetuates economic inequality and oppression.

Healthscape role towards customer satisfaction in private healthcare.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to identify the motives that enforce consumers to find out the major determinants that frame healthscape in private healthcare service that leads to their satisfaction in a developing country like India. Design/methodology/approach - The generic motive dimensions are identified using an exploratory factor analysis. Next the reliability and validity of the factors are established followed by regression analysis using SPSS 20.
