This study explores the intricate relationships between workplace spirituality, mindfulness, psychological well-being, and digital technology use among employees in India. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 287 full-time employees from various industries. Grounded in Technostress Theory, Broaden-and-Build Theory, and the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) framework, the study tested several hypotheses to investigate how these factors interact in the contemporary digital work environment.

Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) in India are the subjects of this study, which explores the complex relationships between emotional labor (EL) and unstable work environments and how these relationships affect organizational commitment (OC). The study also looked at how organizational virtuousness (OV) and perceived social value mediated the relationship between precarious work (PW), EL, and OC. This research examines the interaction between emotional intelligence rooted in resonant leadership and psychological empowerment in shaping learning organizations within South Indian higher educational institutions. To investigate this relationship, data from 280 faculty members was collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results demonstrate a significant positive connection between psychological empowerment and resonant leadership, which contributes to the development of learning organizations.

Materials And Methods: It is a mixed methods study conducted from November 2021 to September 2022 in Pune city, India. A set of 15-CAB guidelines published by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India (GoI), were used as a base document to design the instruments of qualitative and quantitative study.
Background Medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) pills, primarily comprising mifepristone and misoprostol, have proven highly effective and safe under medical supervision. However, unsupervised MTP pill use is on the rise, posing serious health risks. Unsafe abortions remain a global public health concern, with a high incidence in developing countries like India.

Telematics technology and its implementation in auto insurance have received great interest due to their potential to transform the insurance sector and promote safer driving practices. By implementing telematics technology, insurers may tailor insurance premiums to individual drivers, taking into account their real driving habits and performance, ultimately leading to improved road safety, cost savings, and an empowered driving community. The current study, through bibliometric analysis, carefully identifies and evaluates the existing body of scholarly literature on this subject for the last 21 years, including journal articles, conference papers, and related publications.

The present study attempts to find the factors resulting in increased risk of anxiety and stress due to nation-wide lockdown imposed to reduce the transmission of coronavirus in the Indian context. Grounded theory approach is used to collect, analyze, and code the data elicited from 37 semi-structured interviews. Qualitative analysis of the data found that the lockdown during coronavirus outbreak led to boredom, financial loss, and intimate terrorism which resulted in an elevated risk of anxiety and stress.

This paper investigates the livelihood vulnerability experienced by agricultural households in Kuttanad, a below sea level farming system in southern India, in the aftermath of a major flood in August 2018. For this purpose, we constructed a flood coping strategy index (FCSI), to measure coping strategy intensity, using the data on the severity and frequency of various coping strategies adopted by households. Furthermore, we estimated a Tobit regression model to identify the factors influencing the intensity of coping strategy choices.

This study investigated the tourists' novel intentions to save environment and what parameters impact their pro-environment decisions. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the integrated study model to get correct and unbiased path coefficients with the help of 227 responses. The study results revealed that greater the environmental knowledge of environmental friendly products, the more positive attitude towards environmental friendly products was perceived and international tourists perceived it significantly high in comparison to domestic tourists Interestingly Control on Availability didn't impact purchase intentions of tourists in the current study, a finding different from literature across other contexts.
