Introduction: This case highlights a rare occurrence of combined penile fracture and urethral injury in a 35-year-old male, emphasizing the critical need for accurate diagnosis and precise surgical intervention in such cases.

Case Presentation: After a mishap during sexual intercourse, the patient faced intense penile pain, swelling, and urethrorrhagia. Advanced diagnostic methods, particularly MRI, confirmed a disruption in the tunica albuginea within the left corpora cavernosa.

Fibrothecoma a rare ovarian tumor: A case report.

Introduction And Importance: Fibroma, thecoma, and fibrothecoma collectively denote a range of non-cancerous sex cord-stromal tumors distinguished by the presence of fibroblastic stromal cells and/or cells resembling luteinized theca cells.

Case Presentation: In this report, we present a case study of a 52-year-old patient in whom this uncommon tumor was identified via MRI, highlighting the distinctive diagnostic and treatment considerations associated with it.

Clinical Discussion: Ovarian fibrothecoma tumors are infrequent, constituting less than 4 % of all ovarian tumors.

Introduction And Importance: Syringocystadenoma papiliferum (SCAP) is an infrequent, benign neoplasm originating from the apocrine or, less frequently, eccrine sweat glands. This condition predominantly manifests in regions such as the head, face, neck, and trunk. Notably, it is frequently associated with hamartomas of endocrine, sebaceous, or follicular origin, as well as with sebaceous nevi.

Paraneoplastic scleroderma in Kaposi's sarcoma: Report of two cases.

Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is a proliferative and multifocal disease with a double vascular and fibroblastic cell component, of mucocutaneous and visceral expression. It is a multifocal tumoral process, hyperplastic in nature without metastatic potential, induced by the human herpes virus 8 (HHV8). Paraneoplastic syndromes (PS) in KS are rare, with only a small number of cases reported and we have found no previous descriptions of a paraneoplastic scleroderma in KS in the literature.

Background: Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) arising from the appendix is a rare entity. Complete cytoreductive surgery (CRS) combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is the only established curative treatment, and is reputedly linked to high morbidity and mortality. We report, to our knowledge, the first case of delayed lethal Wernicke encephalopathy (WE) complicating CRS with HIPEC for an appendicular PMP.

Early post-traumatic renal vascular hypertension a rare complication of severe renal trauma.

Severe renal trauma is a particular entity, although rare, but most often involves the risk of short-term death from hemorrhagic shock and long-term death from infectious complications or secondary renal dysfunction, exceptionally post-renal vascular hypertension. Which is generally a late complication, we will report the case of a patient suffering from grade v renal trauma with early post-traumatic renal vascular hypertension, suppressed by medical treatment, then the surgical indication was kept in the second phase in front of a mute kidney.

Aim: To describe pain management practices in Moroccan emergency departments, and to identify perceived barriers among emergency department physicians regarding pain management.

Methods: Eleven Moroccan emergency departments participated in the study. A nationwide survey was administered to physicians.

Synchronous adenomyomas of the ileum in an adult-an exceptional cause of intussusception.

In this article, we report a case of two synchronous ileal adenomyomas leading to intussusception. This rare occurrence has never been reported in the literature. Our case is noteworthy, because the lesion is rare and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of intussusception in adults.
